Marcus was super helpful, willing to be flexible with leasing arrangements and accommodating with frantic last-minute requests. Facilities always clean. Could not ask for more.
I could not recommend Storage King highly enough. The facility was modern, clean and well maintained. Our Storage room was competitively priced and was the perfect solution to keep our valuables. 100% safe with digital app access. Vehicle access was straightforward. On top of the above, the staff were incredibly helpful via email and l when we needed basic tools for disassembling furniture. Will always choose Storage King as #1.
Very friendly staff and extremely helpful with last minute changes to dates. Entry and exit system is excellent as can be controlled by an app on your phone. Would definitely be the first place I would go to again in Hervey Bay
I have been using this facility for over 2yrs now. The staff are always friendly and increadably helpful. Nothing is too much trouble and they will go out of their way to assist you. The facilities are always clean and the security is state of the art. The best storage service in Hervey Bay!!
