Had a really amazing experience with the Frenches Forrest team at Storage King. Everything was very smooth, explained all I needed to know about access for my unit. Also very reasonable pricing and great customer service. Awesome at what they do, can't talk highly enough about this team. Special mention to Lisa and Quinton for their help, they're the MVPs. Be very careful. The company promises you some prices, but after a few months, they increase the price by more than 10% with a 30-day notice. They know you will most likely not stop the service because of the switching cost. Bad (and illegal) marketing practice that I am reporting to ACCC.
All i wanted to know was a general idea of pricing and had to provide my email and phone number to get a quote. Now i get hassled with emails, calls and voicemails. Leave me alone. Update: after more voicemails and missed calls, rang them back and asked to be removed from the database and not called again. Was told, 'we don't know if you are who you say you are, so can't remove you'. Are you actually telling me random people ring up for others and beg to remove their details and not contact them? Absolutely ridiculous.
