Very nice and clean facility. Very secure yet easy to use for renters. My unit and the hallways are very well lit and clean. Awesome place with friendly and helpful staff.

Would give zero stars if it was an option. We rented a unit for about two months while our basement was being renovated. Upon returning our stored items to our home, we discovered our furniture was infested with mice. We had to pay to have all of the pieces (a full living room set) hauled away and had to go spend several thousand dollars to replace with something comparable to what we had. An absolutely horrendous experience. Writing this review in hopes that no one else has to go through what we went through.

Spoke with Amber yesterday about a unit !! Very good Customer service was prompt in texting me back and made it easy !! Excellent pricing very satisfied. If you live in the Cheat Lake area this is the place to Go !!

I have used this company for many years and have been very satisfied. If there is an issue, they are on it! Fair prices, clean units, good location. Would highly recommend!
