Crystal is very warm, knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Getting a storage unit in between moves can be very intimidating, but Crystal made is so easy. We looked at a few facilities, StorQuest still came out to be even better priced as these other places have hidden fees. Crystal was transparent about rates, optional add ons, and specials. These units are clean and climate controlled. Go with StorQuest and save yourself the headache. Crystal is an absolute gem and asset to this company!
This place is impeccably clean, and the staff are respectful, kind, helpful, and genuinely nice people. Krystal is the manager and Roy works in the office and together they provide exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this location above all others.
