I stopped in Storage Etc. Chatsworth, and from the moment I did, I received outstanding customer service from Alex. He was friendly and informative. It is a terrific location for storage, safe and reliable. I also received follow up from James, who again was helpful and accommodating. If one needs to have a place to store with professionalism and courtesy, this is the place to go!
Really just a flawless experience. Everything promised at move-in was delivered. Cool everywhere with AC, accessible, secure, friendly staff, and very clean establishment in every area. If I ever need storage again, it's a no-brainer for me.
If I could give 10 stars I would. Neat, clean, organized, professional staff - especially Alex - and so helpful. There are no gimmicks to get you in and raise the rates at an uncontrollable rate. Fair and honest.
Alex was absolutely amazing ..he was super knowledgeable and very helpful.
This is a great location with an even better team running it. James and Alex keep a clean and welcoming space that anyone would be lucky to rent a unit from. No matter what difficulties or issues arise, they are ready to handle them. Thank you Storage Etc team!
