Great experience and great customer service!
The staff at Storage Inc. are exemplary, truly they have for all the years I've rented the storage facility, always without fail been helpful and pleasant and patient. No matter how many times I have difficulty with my lock, they stop and take the time to assist me. They aren't just there taking up space on the property. And last buy not least they are pleasant to talk to.
I want everyone to know what a fantastic experience we had with Storage Etc! If you need storage in Chatsworth, don't go anywhere else! James, Alex and Ray were so helpful during move in and move out. Highly recommend going to see this facility - you will be shocked how nice it is!
I seldom write reviews but I want to give a shout out to Chatsworth Storage Etc. The facility is well maintained and the customer service is outstanding. James and Alex are by far my favorite team. They are professional, friendly and always helpful. On a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the highest rating, hands down, I give them a 5.
