It's been a Great experience with Storage Direct I've been a customer for over 4 years
Decided to rent a storage unit last minute and everything was done online. Once a made the rental the next morning they called me and asked me if I needed anything... I did go into the office and was met by a friendly staff member! They even called me when they notice that we had locked the unit incorrectly and it needed to be adjusted so that it would not be accessible to everyone else. It was great that they do check on the storage units daily and it is appreciated.

Excellent customer service from the staff at the Kingsburg location. Very friendly and helpful! Love how they're so willing to show customers the actual units available for sz comparison. If anyone needs a storage facility, you need to check this place out! Has great slide up doors on all units which is a +!
