We trusted this facility with everything...our nonprofit supplies and personal belongings we sacrificed to build it...and that trust was completely broken. We received a notice that our unit was “found unlocked.” When I arrived, it wasn’t just unlocked—the entire latch bolted to the door had been ripped apart. I have photos documenting the damage. Was going to give this facility two stars because the initial customer service was okay but I want an auction here and this is the worst facility I've ever seen. I generally try to avoid remote managed facilities but gave it a shot at this place and initially went fairly smoothly. Once I got there one lock to a double sided unit up here to have been broken in the past and not repaired and the other side of the unit was just never locked. This company is terrible. First of all they are managed by another storage company in South Carolina . Also they do not communicate with customers when a problem arises. They also try to charge you extra money when you try to get your stuff back. They will also put your unit up for auction without informing you.
