Terrible customer service. Restricted access. Not contactable on weekends. EDIT: Firstly, my name is NOT Joanne and your response came 6 months after I left my review. My account was in arrears by a few days because I was on a cruise ship with no reception when it fell due. And because you do not have 24/7 customer service, I was unable to get the issue rectified and get access to my unit over a weekend.
