My wife and I have rented a storage unit for over a year. Judy in the office is great! The facility is always clean, and with their locked gate it is secure. We have been very satisfied.

So I'm a student going to Appalachian State and it was that time of year (move out day for those of us off campus, which seems like all of Watauga county) and I needed a place to put my stuff to collect dust for a little while I turned into a squatter for a month or two. IT IS EASTER AND I WANT TO RIDE MY MOTORCYCLE AND THEN PULL MY TRUCK UP SO I CAN LOAD MY CANVASES AND TABLE FOR A PAINTING PARTY.. I GO THERE AND THE GATE IS NOT WORKING! NO ONE IS THERE ! AND THEN I CALL THEIR NUMBER LISTED ONLINE AND THE NUMBER IS OUT OF SERVICE! OMG!! I CAN'T RIDE MY BIKE AND NOW I HAVE TO CANCEL A PAINTING PARTY MAKING ME LOOK BAD! I HATE THIS PLACE! NEW MANAGEMENT SUCKS!
