Outstanding experience and compassion in the middle of a disaster! Thankfully they didn’t sustain damage associated with Helene, so when we had to reroute delivery of our personal effects (because unfortunately our Sugar Mountain home was indeed damaged) they came to us in our hour of need! Power is out and am not able to get to my items that are inside of the climate control section - has a number posted to call for help but no one is answering the phones. How can we pay for our property to be kept there and do not have access to it or have anyone answer the phone?! Absolutely ridiculous
