This place is a joke, they won't answer the phone, won't reply to texts or emails. Our unit was broken into and nothing was done about it, I had to update my card info and only thing I got was late dues even though I tried for 3 weeks before my bill was due to contact them
Have tried for two weeks to hear back from anyone by phone, text, and email about the storage unit I paid to use. They have my money but still have not provided me access to the lot they run in Gillette.
They are very hard to get a hold of, called left messages several times, i have text them, emailed numerous times since June 2024, still tring to get a hold of them and no response.
