Shout out of appreciation to Becky Sosa, manager at S Lamar who responded immediately to a problem I was having with updating payment on website & handled it personally while their web-based system is apparently in transition. Especially appreciated the personal touch & not having to spend hours sorting things out with a tech support team for this simple need at holiday time. I had a great experience with this facility! I needed a storage unit quickly after a break up, and they made the experience so easy. Everyone was friendly and helpful :) I would definitely use again if needed.
Five stars for an exceptional storage experience! I highly recommend this facility for any storage duration. Shannon and Becky provided superb customer service and were incredibly helpful. Their efforts went above and beyond, even assisting me directly with accessing my unit. Highly recommended!
