I chose this facility when leaving Austin for 3 months on vacation because of the cleanliness and security. I'm glad I chose them because everything went perfectly. Becky especially deserves recognition. She took great care of me thoughout every stage of the process - friendly, professional, and efficient. I would recommend this facility to anyone.
Mizzy was an absolute vibe and was a tremendous help in getting my unit set up. She was reassuring and answered all my questions and addressed my concerns.
Bethany is an absolute angel from heaven and is a living embodiment of 5 star service!! She helped us with our move-out like we were a new customer and that is how you can tell that she gets it. Great experience start to finish!
After a nightmare storage experience at another facility, I am super grateful I found Stor Self Storage! Becky, the manager was extremely helpful and personable. Wish I went with this facility in the first place! It is very clean and nice inside.
