Exceeds expectations. I must have been scarred watching my parents rent a unit at a young age because I didn’t expect much. I’ve honestly felt like I was at a five star hotel. Never been to one but I have seen movies. Tim is so kind and friendly. He is the good neighbor you hear about in all those State Farm commercials but unlike Jake he isn’t an actor. I have had a unit here since 2013. Tim is the absolute best. I’m a creative & I travel abroad often, so sometimes I need a gentle reminder to pay my bill and I have lost my keys more than once - and though I am a handful he always takes good care of me and helps me without making me feel at all like a burden.
