I don’t usually leave reviews, but I wanted to say how wonderful Mizzie was at Stor Self Storage. She was absolutely phenomenal—so kind, patient, and informative. She took the time to walk with us and show us different units so we could decide what would work best for us, and she answered all of my questions, even about my business. Great storage spot. Nathan is extremely competent, thoughtful and great to deal with.
Mizzy was extremely helpful in answering all my questions and helping me find my unit. Her excellent customer service is what, in large part, makes this a great facility.
Nowadays, with everything customer service related being automated or robotic, it was a nice change to get a call from an actual person. M i z z y Young, who I assume is the manager at this place, called me to notify me that they have change their payment system and needed to get an update for monthly payment for our Storage Rental that we've had for a good part of 5 years or so.
