Been with this storage facility since 2011 (14 years and counting) and just added a second unit for business storage. Rates increase slower than other facilities and they have many long term renters like me. I've never seen an insect at my units on the 4th and 5th floors, and it's always clean. The lights are on a timer but I'm all for anything to keep costs down and using the timer is easy. An employee lives on site and the facility is build in a secure way along the side of a hill
Excellent experience. Nathan helped getting the correct size storage unit. Facility is clean and safe.
Alezai was very helpful and kind. She answered all my questions and concerns promptly. Anyone need a storage please come see her, she will take care of you. I look forward to renting another unit in the near future
Everyone at this location for Stor in Bee Cave has been incredibly helpful, understanding and amazing! Truly awesome experience for the past 10 years!
Alezai was very friendly and helpful. I went in today unsure of which unit was best for me and if my personal belongs would be OK. She was very reassuring and informative with me. 5 stars for Alezai. Highly recommend
