Alezai was very friendly and helpful. I went in today unsure of which unit was best for me and if my personal belongs would be OK. She was very reassuring and informative with me. 5 stars for Alezai. Highly recommend

After renting a unit at Public Storage and having them increase our rate several times a year, we moved over to Self Stor. After 3 years, Self Stor has never ONCE increased our rent. Highly recommend.

Kristy listened and took me right to the perfect unit for me. Rental process was easy. Affordable supplies available. Well-maintained office and storage building. Continue to be impressed with friendly customer service, cleanliness, safety and easy access to my unit.

Best customer care thanks to Nathan! As soon as I put in my submission online, I got a phone call from him to confirm the size which I thought was great as I have clicked on the wrong size before. Nathan was patient with me while I finished the transaction inside the very clean building. He drove me to my unit and the grounds and inside of the storage building are well kept. I highly recommend using this location if you are near the Westlake area!
