The female manager, there is horrible, treats, people abominably, rude, and discourteous. A conflict arose when the company Did not assign a credit card for automatic payment when a previous auto payment card had been stolen and needed to be replaced and then charged late fees when requested to remove the late fees essentially she said no in a very discourteous way. Very secure and very safe! We love that this storage unit is gated. The owners, Maria and John, are very kind, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable!

I found the manager to be courteous and kind as well as very helpful. The managers live on site. The prices are much lower than PS Storage and managed much more efficiently
