Clean, secure, with easy access, great motion detector lighting, and moving equipment right there to use. Personnel at initial renting were helpful, courteous, and friendly.
I don't use SecureSpace Storage in Los Gatos..... Your prices went up a bit too much. I may have to relocate....
John, the gentleman in charge, was amazing! Patiently answered all of my questions and helped me choose the correct size for what I needed. Would definitely recommend both John and Secure Storage.
Booked the spot the day before but because of traffic we were about half an hour after closing. Called the receptionist, he promised hed leave it open until then, but when we got there it was closed. So here I am with all my stuff, late to my flight scrambling to find another storage space. Okay this is fine, it is my fault, cant exactly trust employees and especially not here.
