They are great to work with and will work with you. Will definitely store with them again if needed.
The customer service is very nice and helpful if you need to call them. The storage area is clean and I feel is very safe. I have never needed to worry about our units. I would and have recommend this storage company. (The response below from the storage company refers to a problem I had 2 years ago concerning insurance when the company changed owners. Again, they were extremely nice and helpful resolving the issue. I have had absolutely no issues since).
The rental process on the website was effortless. The customer service agent is super friendly and helpful! Highly recommend Bigger Garage Self-Storage.
