Dr Malavong and his staff are friendly family oriented. Dayan and Nikki are great and well prepared for all your needs. The best service and care, I highly recommend if you’re sick and need medical attention please let them take care of you ❤️ fast service with excellent team work
Everyone was super nice and it was a quick visit
Friendly staff. Took care of our sickness as needed. My only complaint was the “reservation” system. I don’t really see the point of it. We reserved a place in line and still waited 2 1/2 hours. People that had not reserved a place went back before we did. I know it’s a busy time of year, but it was zero percent beneficial.
Went in on thanksgiving (Thursday) the initial visit was fine. The next day my meds weren’t working and I called and asked for something else and they said I would get a call right back never did. Called again Saturday Morgan the receptionist said the same thing. Took my number they’d give me a call right back. Never gotten a call. Extremely unprofessional. Spent an entire weekend of being miserable and eventually just decided to go see my doctor.
Everyone there was helpful for my sick boy tonight. Super thankful for Abby, the Nurse Practitioner, she’s always willing to do whatever needed!
Right after dinner, Mom starting feeling pretty bad, I took her to Stopwatch after hours in Opelika. What a great experience. Asha was our nurse, she was kind and professional and put Mom at ease. They were having a VERY busy night, but took the time to focus on Mom and filled Mom with confidence! We were seen by Karen Harness- she identified Mom’s issue, formulated a plan and went after Mom’s infection aggressively!!! Wow I can say after our visit today I highly recommend this place. The nurse practitioner that took care of my daughter today after her accident went above and beyond making sure she was ok and setting up the tests we needed to make sure nothing else was going on ! She is an asset to this company I only wish I had her name to thank her again personally! This is the way business is done This is the way doctors and nurses should care for their patients !
