Very efficient and friendly staff. LOVE � their hours as I work nites 60 hrs/week. The last thing I wanted to do was spend hours in the ER sick on my one nite off. Drove from Tallassee to visit this place for the first time and let me tell you I will use this place again and again. Had interactions with 4 different staff members, blood work done, 2 shots given by a kind, knowledgeable nurse, and diagnosed and out the door all in 20 min!! We took our 8yr daughter last night concerned with Strep Throat. We had been to another location so she was in the system. This location was only one open late last night. They were so very caring and thoughtful from time we stepped in for her to be seen. She tested positive for Strep Throat and was in and out with 15 mins tops. I selected her regular pharmacy that was closed at the time of night and on way home I called back to have script sent to a 24hr pharmacy. My family and I have been patients since this practice opened. We have always come away with top notch care. We are always satisfied with our experiences starting with the the front desk staff, triage nurses, and docs. As long as kids continue to get sick after 5, on weekends, and especially holidays,we will be loyal patients. So thankful to have this service.
