RecommendedI want to thank Abby at Stopwatch in Phenix City! I am an audiologist and sent a friend to this facility for treatment of a sudden onset hearing loss. The urgent nature of a sudden hearing loss and proper treatment plan is often unfamiliar to professionals outside the ENT world but this was a Sunday and seeing an ENT was not possible. I’m actually in between, I wish the doctor would have taken some time to answer my questions , her replies to my concerns were general , she obviously was in a hurry to get to the next patient ,I don’t think 2-3 minutes was enough ,to fast that I didn’t get her name .
