The wait wasn't bad - the nurse practitioner was very friendly, however the triage and front desk girls (I think her name was Brooke) seem to hate their jobs. Front desk was very short and rude, and the triage lady seemed like I was more of a bother. My son needed an X-ray for a possible broken arm, and she was very irritated that he couldn't preform the commands she wants. He was in pain and afraid to move being only 4 years old. I drove 30 miles from Columbus GA as our urgent care facilities close at 5pm on Sunday. Had a finger cut that required stitches and didn't want to do the Columbus GA ER option ($$$). I arrived at 925pm, filled out the new patient forms...got four stitches and a tetanus shot. Total time in the facility was 40 minutes. This place is awesome and you need to open a location in Columbus GA that is open till 11pm.

We went around 6pm on a Saturday night. There were a lot of people in there. The whole visit only took around 45 mins. That's filling out paperwork and being seen by doc. I feel my son was taken well care of. I would definitely recommend it.

Great experience. I had taken my Daddy several times, but this was my first time as the patient. Everyone was pleasant and kind. Highly recommend.
Fast and efficient. They get you what you need and get you out.
I like the fact they don't make u wait too long if it gets too busy they have people on call the only part I didn't like was I had a hurt knee on one leg and a hurt ankle on the other and no help on and off the x-ray table but otherwise I like stopwatch
Excellent care and very efficient service. It is nice to have a place to go late in the day where the staff is friendly and helpful.
