They went through some system changes (computer/tech stuff) this year, which did create a little disruption and confusion, but the staff is friendly and regardless of what other people have said, they ARE in fact competent. And they are kind and patient. They always work with me and have my prescription ready in a timely fashion, and they actually know me by name, and not just another customer which I appreciate

Pharmacy staff is lazy and incompetence. After having a much needed Rx sent there they neglected to get it from the fax machine (this was after several phones calls). When I arrived they just stated they never receive it. When I called the original pharmacy “suddenly” they found the Rx request. Then giggled when I asked can in be filled now. I was asked to leave my number and they would contact me in about. 1 1/2 HRS. No consideration for correcting a mistake and fixing it. Pitiful. Will never go their again.
