Very disappointing experience. My mother was charged $90 for a basic oil change, which felt extremely overpriced for the service provided. What concerned me even more was the employee's behavior. The individual assisting us appeared impaired and was acting in a way that did not seem professional for someone servicing customers' vehicles.
