Morgan was wonderful. She was informative and got me in and out quickly.
5 stars! The online rental process was incredibly easy and convenient. I was able to complete everything online and head straight to my unit. When I arrived, I noticed the door on my assigned unit wouldn't stay fully open and kept dropping down, which was a safety concern. I stopped by the office and spoke with Morgan, and she was fantastic. She immediately took the issue seriously and found another available unit just a couple doors down.
