Was a patient here for a few years, this place has made everything I’ve dealt with worse and severely neglected my desperation for mental health solutions with consistent neglect for any human decency what so ever. Shame on any and every employee at this manipulative, neglectful, despicable office. I have more respect for salesman on wall street
It did take about a month to get my initial appointment, but that seems to be common in many healthcare systems right now. Once established, my experience has been very positive. Dr. Nguyen at Stony Brook Hospital has been compassionate, attentive, and truly listens. She respects that I know my body and never made me feel judged or dismissed. This office let me drop my medication therapy suddenly because they prioritize protocol and rules over patients brain health. This office will not help you.
