I am giving this office two stars because the actual procedure itself was performed properly, and I did not experience any negative side effects or complications. However, my disappointment lies entirely in the way communication and follow-up are handled. I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Shah, and the entire staff at SB dermatology, who gave me an "emergency" appointment when a nurse in another department in the building felt I needed immediate care for something she saw on my arm. Just wonderful, highly recommended.

Extensive wait time. Dr. Haughton performed a biopsy but could not accommodate my schedule at all to remove the sutures. In fact she suggested I have a friend or family member remove them if not then find an urgent care. I called the number provided in their very generic response and no one answered. I don’t know the purpose of even responding providing the number if you weren’t gonna actually advocate for patients.
