Great staff. Quick and easy.
I was told by my doctor that I could walk in to be seen, but when I arrived at 4 PM, I was informed the X-ray tech had left early because it was slow — even though the location is supposed to be open until 8 PM. I ended up going to a competitor and was seen immediately. Later, I received a call from my doctor that my MRI was approved. I called the office to schedule the appointment and was on hold for 45 minutes before finally speaking to someone. All Staff from the "front desk" --to the RN accessing venous site for IV Contrast ; to the MRI Technician-- I extend my Kudos for excellent care & service. One Recommendation: Music was on but need more softer; relaxing choices for us 80 year olds!! Thank you!!
