JUNE 2026 🛑 THIS WAS DISTURBING The front MEDICAL staff, unprofessional and untrained waiting room was empty and this is how it went-I went in today for evaluation of a tick bite. I brought the tick in a sealed bag and had the bite area marked in advance by my daughter, who is an RN. My temperature was taken and my current medications were reviewed. Today, May 14th, 2026, I went to Stony Brook Immediate care. I was so very impressed with the entire staff. Very caring, kind & professional. Especially with Dr. Victor Tarsia. Very impressed! He took time to listen to me & was very thorough in my diagnosis & went above & beyond my expectations. I really felt generally cared for. I highly recommend Stony Brook Immediate Care on Commack Rd.! Thank you all so very much for an outstanding staff & my nurse! 😇 ❤️
This place was amazing! So kind and compassionate. I had an immediate CT and almost passed out prior, Nurse Alicia was amazing and compassionate as well, took such good care of me. She even called me after to make sure I mad it to the hospital Er. !! Great overall urgent care!!
