How can a Medical assistant be your boss?? Tell you what to do and how to do your job all the time, especially at the age of 19 years old. Felt I was harassed with everything and anything I did. I had to wait for training, which took forever. Training should have been immediately the same day or the next day of being hired which was two days of training, not consecutively and it took forever to get the proper training.
