This place makes you jump through hoops to get dental care three visits before they will even touch you, but worst of all is the incompetence of everyone that’s not a doctor. The billing woman doesn’t know how to return a call or answer the phone and then when you call her out on it, she call security and says you said things you didn’t say. I've had a horrific experience with a doctor ogalsbie at great expressions and now stony brook dental is their only place ill ever go to, along with my family members
Would give 0 stars if I could. You cannot begin to imagine the level of incompetency. I am covered by the university employee health insurance plan, had an unexpected wisdom tooth infection and could not get in touch with a single human being by phone for 5 days, left numerous messages that went unanswered.When I decided to go in person they told me they were not accepting new patients for months and that urgent care is limited so they wouldn't take me in that day and turned me away.
