3.5 hour wait in the waiting area for my daughter to be placed on a bed in the hallway. Still no Dr. and going on 4 hours here
How lucky are we to have a pediatric ER staffed with a medical team available to assess and care for our children when the rest of the world is sleeping? Grateful for the care provided. Emergency visits are going to be long either because your baby is stable enough to wait or sick enough to have to be admitted. Thank you Stony Brook for your good work.
I deleted my initial review to provide this update. I had a complaint about a department. I called patient advocacy. Christina listened to my concerns, addressed them appropriately and provided me with updates. I recommend going to patient advocacy first, if you are not happy with the care or a provider.
Worst hospital very unprofessional
What a beautiful location! The lobby is so colorful and welcoming. The staff is incredibly friendly! The rooms are beautiful, and the nurses go above and beyond!
