Dr. Lau is by far the rudest, most sarcastic insensitive doctor I have ever met. As a first time parent I came to every appointment with a few questions and when asked he said “I will do the talking first.” At my daughter’s one month appointment when I asked what I should expect diaper output wise, he responded “do you poop after everytime you eat?” I wholeheartedly do NOT recommend this practice. The staff were very pleasant but Dr. Lau has zero bedside manner and should not be dealing with kids.

Even though i don’t live anywhere near this practice i do drive out of my way to go to it; building is well up kept, check in is always quick and easy. The best doctor in this entire practice is bernard lau. He is very patient, well manored and understanding when it comes to the health and saftey of children. He is definitely the only reason i go to this location. I would highly recommend. Update: we have been using NP Hickey instead of Dr. Lao and are very happy with her. I can’t give them 5 stars though, because they have the same insensitive pediatrician as head of the practice. Dr. Lao is very sarcastic and impersonal. He needs to learn some bedside manner. This was a terrific practice until Dr. De Grauw left. A fill-in doctor just told my 10 year old son that he is “wider than he is tall!” and that he should increase his cardio and decrease his portions and screen time! A fill-in doctor just told my 10 year old son that he is “wider than he is tall!” and that he should increase his cardio and decrease his portions and screen time!
