I have made three appointments. One appointment I went all the way there only to be told the doctor went home with a sprained ankle. They never called me. Second appointment was for an annual physical. I went there only to be told they had me in as "a follow-up." For what? I had no ailment for which to follow-up. I schedule that physical three months in advance. They apologized profusely and gave me another appointment three months out. Wow I wish I had more stars to give this place. I went to the pediatrics and they are the nicest group of staff I have ever had. I love each and everyone of the members of staff there because they are genuinely some of the best people I have met.They were so kind to me and my family. They did their job professionally and promptly. I went to another pediatrics where they made excuses so that I would spend over an hour for a simple shot. Here?
