Scheduling my first appointment was not a problem. I thought I was going in to have my teeth cleaned but after I said I was a cancer patient who went through high dose radiation treatments 3 years ago, they informed me that they would only do x-rays that day and that I would need a specialist to look at my x-rays because they noticed a spot in my gum that could be a cyst or something else. Instead of trying to help me find and set up the appointment, they just sent me on my way. I have left messages that is I will have to re... read more

Incompetent administrative staff that quotes prices for procedures implying that they are covered by your Dental Insurance provider when they are not.
Horrible it’s a scam
When I first went to Refresh I liked the doctor and hygenist. I scheduled for a crown and two fillings . I scheduled for that waited 2 hours and had to leave before the fillings were done impression was taken for the crown the dentist said the crown would be back in 2 weeks is was around Christmas so I figured there would be a delay My appointment was reschedule because my crown wasn’t back .
