We were so excited to pick up our cute little Scout-X from the VIC Seaford Stoney Creek dealership last week. Max did an amazing handover and Justin really looked after us. Customer service...top notch. Took the van to a local caravan park and put out the awning and played with all the bits and bobs. To be honest, we love it! Husband and I just purchased the last of the scout 15 Gen 2. It is the perfect caravan and has everything the two of us need, only complaint is the cupboards are tiny no room for jumpers or any large clothing, we have to put them in the ensuit or pack a bag. Jason and Dee were absolutely amazing answered all queries we had and threw in a lot of extra goodies. Handover with Max was a breeze he was great. BIGGEST REGRET!!! I do not recommend at all. STAY AWAY from this brand. bought Scout 11 Brand new October 2024 First problem, Solar not working and was not fix when I took it for warranty, so I had to pay extra to get this from someone else. Emails then 2nd time for the issue but there is no way I will be going back to new castle after I went there the first time already without them fixing it.
