American Greed! Rats, roaches, bedbugs, one owner after another doing face lifts on an old, nasty complex. They turn you over to Phoenix Recovery and lie about why you owe them money. The AG's office needs to investigate these people. Rip off artists, no conscience.
We moved into these apartments in May of 2011, and within 1 month all of our stuff was INFESTED with bedbugs and fleas. We checked with our neighbors and they also had the same bite marks that we did. When informing the management company they told us that we were responsible to pay a $75 dollar fee to have the exterminator come as they did not cover bed bugs.
