The kitchen is very old dated for the price
They towed my car while I was visiting my girlfriend.
I lived here for almost three years. The apartments are relatively new and nice. There are many hidden fees that they won't tell you upfront. Every year, you have to pay a trash fee and when we moved out they charged us $300 for carpet cleaning and painting the walls, which they never mentioned to us before. Also, most of the apartment had hardwood floors except for the two bedrooms, so I don't understand $150 for cleaning the carpet of just two rooms! Also, the management sucks. The location is central to many parts of town. The prices are some of the best I've seen. There is a built in fireplace with central AIR and heat. The apartment it's self os fairly spacious. Nothing but good experience here. Ask for joey when you sign! Great guy
