I would like to give a shout out to Ashley Pegg she did an awesome job on her performance
I had a couple of leaks in my roof and Mr. Dylan Perez, was very helpful in identifying the problems. He showed me what the issues were and explained the repair process. Mr. Perez also took care of the issues himself. I would highly recommend to anyone needing repairs.
We are reaching out regarding the $4,633.55 balance, now over 90 days past due. Labor was fully provided and our office has followed up weekly by phone and email with no resolution (those are expenses that I’m paying). At this point, this is no longer just a delay. We’ve covered all labor and operational costs on our end and need this addressed.
