I dropped by here to purchase some essential items for my flooring/countertop business and was pretty surprised how knowledgeable the staff were at this location around the polishing products that I would need to use on a specific project for one my clients. I was also looking for a cutting tool and although they didn't have it available that day, they were able to get me the product the same week. Great service and reasonable prices. I will definitely buy from them again.
Absolutely terrible. 1) The job took 5 weeks instead of the quoted 2. 2)His team changed the tile pattern halfway through the floor. I had to catch it and have them tear up a full day's worth of work! 3) The tile is crooked. The best service hands down
Absolutely terrible.
