The blinds are perfect, the installation went as planned. Lisa was an excellent sales representative who offered excellent advice and absolutely no pressure. She was very responsive to answer questions we had. Rusty, the installer was very professional, clean and meticulous. He was on time for both the final measurement and the actual install. He arrived by 10 and was done at 3 with the help of another installer.
