Wow, there are complaints about keeping people waiting going back a year and they still haven't gotten their stuff together. I called 30 minutes prior to my appointment to confirm, showed up 5 minutes early and waited almost 40 minutes (for what turned out to be a 2 minute appointment) and not even a word of acknowledgement or apology about the wait. In fact, Dr. Morrison was quite arrogant when I brought my wait to her attention and feigned ignorance about the scheduling and threw her front desk staff under the bus. A lot o... read more
This place is terrible. I've been coming here for a few years (only visit once a year) and everytime I come it takes AT LEAST an hour to get into a room and another hour to see someone. It is ridiculous. They have no respect for your time they just assume you have nothing better to do then sit around and wait. Of I could rate them in negative stars I would.
