PA Elizabeth Otter did a full body “scan” to ensure I did not have any additional problem spots and froze off the mole in question. The people were very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Made me feel at ease and explained everything thoroughly.
I was charged a total of $1,200 for them to look at my scalp for hair loss and to tell me nothing is wrong. They didn’t advise me that I was out of network or seemed to care. I had to call to find out my results multiple times. Do not recommend. Now I owe money I can’t afford without any answers.
