My girlfriend and I visit the Kitbar in Herndon fairly often, everytime we go we get exceptional service...on this visit today my server was not good at all. He has been there a while so I can't use "he's new card". We sat at a round table with some other party, he kept asking them if they were ready to order or if they needed anything while we sat there like we didn't exist.
