❌ Extremely frustrating experience with Stoneridge Luxury Apartments ❌ I submitted my application in July 2025, and on top of the regular application fee, they charged me an additional $250 deposit, which was supposed to be refunded if the application was denied. The problem started when they took weeks to respond, despite my multiple phone calls, emails, and even visiting the office in person. Excellent
Stephen gave me a tour of the facilities last Friday. He was prompt, available, flexible and extraordinarily understanding of my situation and needs. They seem to have a really warm culture and vibe at Stoneridge with a really nice location and setting. The amenities are in nice, well maintained condition. Would recommend !
