This is our 2nd time residing at Stoneridge. Our first was back in the mid-1970s - for 4 years. It was terrific then, and is terrific now. We find the office staff extremely responsive, and pleasant.
It could easily be a premiere property.
I could only stay one year at this location. Within that one year, management changed 3 times, they did not honor their leasing agreement, and all my maintenance requests were ignored. They have been “looking for a new maintenance” for over a year. When I moved in the place was a mess, it was obvious that they did not clean the apartment from the last tenant.
