Used to be a great building, but ownership and multiple management company changes ruined the place. They remodeled a perfectly fine entry way (that you spend none of your time in) and jacked up rent a couple hundred bucks a month. Also note the building is in West St. Paul, but new management tries to appear hip by calling it "Mendota". You will hear your upstairs neighbors walking around and opening / closing drawers, and you should plan to watch the same tv channel as them.
