RecommendedHave lived here since 02/2020 and anything I need, the staff is there and very prompt. The office staff always greet me when I come in and there’s always coffee and snacks. I recommend living here if you want professional staff. I love this place Brittany is the best property manager by far!!
Absolutely recommend!! This is my first time living in an apartment and Brittany made my experience super easy and fun! Maintenance has been awesome and has helped get our apartment perfect. Again, I highly recommend😊😊
I absolutely LOVE it here! Fantastic property. Great amenities, including a hottub! The cherry on top is the FANTASTIC STAFF, from Maintenance to Management, this is THE SPOT.

Do not rent at these apartments. I honored my contract that I signed from April 2019 - April 2020. They had paperwork stating I was due out May 30th, 2020. They called me and told me they would honor the April 30th date. I lost my job due to Coronavirus in March, asked if I could get out of my lease early without paying. They would not let me. Paid the little money I had left to my name for April. Moved out April 15th. They are telling me I have to pay rent for May for not giving a 60 days notice when I honored my contract d... read more

i was given a two day notice by alyssa ward at the stoneridge apartments based on word of mouth from another tenant. i got a police report and proved it was false but she obviously didnt care. She doesn't know anything about the landlord tenant act and was obviously power tripping. It worked out in our favor because we were let out of our lease with no fees. this company has been going downhill for the past couple years. A lot of employees left because how bad the company got. Amazing property manager!! The office staff and maintenance staff go above and beyond to make living here enjoyable..very reasonable to live here..
The staff is really friendly, they are nice clean and quiet apartments. Maintenance does an incredible job with making sure everything is fixed quickly.
