Been here 4 years, no issues at Cherry Lane Apartments.
We have been living at the Embassy for about a year now! We love the unit, pool and parking. Would reccomend!
I’ve lived at Delaware on Primrose for a year now and it has been great! The management always communicates, the amenities are nice, and the apartment itself is great! I like that they are pet friendly (and so does my cat🤭). The parking is also really nice. I lived downtown for a year before this and parking downtown was a disaster, so I very much appreciate the easy parking. Overall, it’s just been a lovely experience.
Attentive management, great location, multiple amenities. Long term resident, will always recommend.
This place is convenient and good to live at. Maintenance is quick and the new office staff are great!

Living here has been very nice. I enjoy the safety of the neighborhood.
Parking is generally sufficient, but packed, not much as to be able to park reasonably close to apt building. Quality of construction is good and expansion are welcomed (off lease dog park, playground, etc) the gym could use an overhaul though Noise level is excellent. Generally very quiet. Grounds are terrible. Littered with dog poop and little/no enforcement of lease contract language on leashes or city ordinance on leash usage. Will be attempting to contact management on this issue.
