Updated: I am a 3-year resident going on my fourth year. Originally leased under the previous owner, Stone Pine. With the arrival of the new owners, the complex has been largely renovated -- new windows, fresh paint, BBQ area, small gym, dog park, and new fences to name a few. The new management is excellent. Joyce, the day-time manager, is on top of things. She has taken a candid and honest approach which protects both the complex and the renters.
