The best dentistry experience I ever had. The doctors, hygienists, and office staff are legitimately the nicest people you will ever meet. They were so helpful and understanding when I was trying to schedule for 5 people and working with everyone’s schedules. The office is great and the doctors take the time to answer all your questions. Truly a delight.
One of the best dental visits I’ve experienced in a very long time. Everyone in the building was exceptional. From the front check in receptionist all the way down to the check out office manager. Will most definitely make them a permanent place for me and my children. Will also recommend them to anyone who’s looking for a comfortable, respectful, and wonderful place to go. I thank God for sending me here. It’s a great great place!
Due to childhood experiences, and extensive experience with chronic healthcare I am not a fan of going to the dentist, or the doctor. Dr. Pak was the answer to my prayers. I felt comfortable; he was thorough while remaining engaging. I walked in the door and they greeted me by name and thanked me for the completeness of my online paperwork. Absolutely the best experience at a dentist I have ever had. I have a irrational fear of going to the dentist and Dr Pak and the entire staff are wonderful and put all fears to rest. His passion for dentistry shows and bedside manner is outstanding.
Like most people, I have always hated going to the dentist. But Stonelake Family Dentistry changed my mind completely. From the moment you walk in until you walk out the door, you are treated like family. Dr Pak and every member of his staff genuinely care about your comfort. I actually look forward to going to the dentist now. I only wish I had had this kind of experience when I was a kid...
Dr. Pak is not my regular dentist. I had a temporary crown come off and break and he graciously worked me at the end of his day on a Friday (today). Dealing with a crown is not pleasant, but Dr. Pak, Ruby, and everyone else made it the best possible experience. Ruby was patient with me and my sensitivity that was giving me a bit of anxiety. I highly recommend having Dr. Pak. I am very anxious going to the dentist (due to bad experiences as a child) and Dr. Pak and his entire staff put me at ease! It also helps they have TVs in each of their exam rooms, too!Everyone is very friendly and explain the treatment in a way I can understand. Dr. Pak and his team are highly recommended!
