A current resident; overall not a bad place to live, but over-priced for sure. Management has been remodeling every apt when someone leaves, they are trying to be a luxury apt complex, but are actually a mid-level complex with a nice shine. They are repairing and renovating everything, even the cracks in the driveway, hence the hi-prices. Crime is out of control inside the complex. Nothing is safe. The complex is filling with thugs and there is zero security or law enforcement patrolling the complex. The health crisis has allowed the complex to become something close to the projects. This is not the luxury apartment complex that is marketed.
I am very happy with the apartment .There maintenance guy Rigo is awesome love him love hisattitude and his work the best guy . Thanks Rigo for being awesome!
It was a great party and would recommend people to move to this apartments they are super great. The food was great and the administration is very friendly and even played games with us. The deejay played really good music. Kudos stone lake apartments can't wait for the next one. Anthony Dargan
I've lived here at Stonelake for many years, and in general have enjoyed my experience. But there are a few incidents that have occurred that have really soured my opinion and lit a fire for me to look elsewhere for another home. 1. I have an assigned parking spot, that is connected to my lease. Very peaceful, quite, staff are terrific. Maintenance well job done. Very spacious apt for the $, beautifully kept up landscaping. Relaxing by the pool is like being at a resort. Just a fantastic place for families and even for pets.
