They get you in a place just to take your money and even if you abide by the full lease and move out leaving things immaculate, they won’t return your security deposit and won’t respond to your emails or calls after, nor will they tell you if anything was damaged (it wasn’t, I have pics)

Took over a lease for somsone paid the app fee and have been paying rent for 9 months!!! To someone elses lease! All of the sudden im getting an eviction notice for the other person because i wasnt paying someone elses rent when i should have had my own lease so i will be going to court to get an answer jnstead of waiting for the them to answer my phone calls and or email they never reply to!!!
They are abunch of crooks! With no communication whatsoever... left the house vacant for months with no updates, answering of calls, absolutely ridiculous. Find someone else because they will take your money and just leave the property!
