The buildings are very nice when there are no issues. Maintenance is lazy and incompetent and the people at the office will flat out lie to you and say a problem has been fixed when in fact nothing has been done. Currently my AC is broken for the FIFTH time in the past 5 weeks and although I was promised it would be 100% fixed yesterday it wasn't.
