My hygienist, Maria, is wonderful. I am a very nervous patient, and she is very gentle but thorough and checks with me frequently to be sure I am doing okay. I would recommend her and Stoneham Dental to anyone who fears dentistry like I do!
Everyone was so sweet and caring from the moment I walked in. I have very high anxiety and the staff treated me very well- they were completely understanding! The best part, this office doesn't smell like a dentist's office! You know that tell-tale smell that makes your stomach flip? None of that here. Plus, the office is lovely.

I was horrified of the dentist since I was a little girl with a German dentist that was mean. He never used anesthesia, no novocain, nothing! I spent 30 years avoiding the dentist. I brushed and flossed everyday, hoping I could keep my teeth clean enough. 5 years ago, I visited Dr. Dan. I was scared. I was sedated and had my teeth fixed. I graduated to just gas during routine cleanings.. Thanks to Yasmine the hygienist encouragement, today I can get my teeth cleaned with no gas. I have never had an experience at the Dentist before I starting going to Stoneham Dental. The whole staff Is wonderful. They make you feel comfortable and at ease. I used to avoid going to the dentist, but not anymore. I would recommend them to anyone!
